2. Services

Global Diesel Sydney provides diesel fuel injection services including but not limited to:

• Diesel injector testing and diagnostics
• Injector remanufacturing and reconditioning
• Diesel pump repairs and servicing
• Sale of new and remanufactured parts

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on initial assessment. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition of parts and scope of work required. We will communicate any changes in pricing before proceeding with additional work.

4. Warranties

Remanufactured parts and repair services are covered by our warranty as specified at the time of service. Warranty terms vary by service type and will be clearly communicated upon completion of work. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or external factors.

5. Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality services, Global Diesel Sydney's liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for consequential damages, loss of use, or any indirect damages arising from our services.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods including cash, EFTPOS, and bank transfer. Parts and completed work will not be released until payment is received in full.

7. Uncollected Items

Items left for service must be collected within 30 days of notification of completion. Items not collected within 90 days may be disposed of without further notice.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
